Is this a subscription?+
No. Both options are one-time payments. One Gathering is $14.99 for one complete hosting package. The Host's Year Pass is $29 for unlimited gatherings for 12 months — it never renews and nothing is charged again; it simply ends.
Do I need a password?+
No. You plan and preview without an account. When you buy, you enter your email and we send a one-time sign-in link — open My Gatherings on your phone or a computer, no password ever.
What does the Year Pass include?+
Unlimited gatherings for 12 months from purchase for a single $29 payment. It doesn't renew — it simply ends, and your gatherings stay in your account.
Can I see it before I pay?+
Yes. You'll see your personalized invitation and menu, plus excerpts of your checklist and timeline, before any payment.
Can I edit everything?+
Yes. Every piece of your package — wording, menu, guest names, timeline, and shopping list — can be edited before you print.
How do I print or save it?+
Print any section or the whole package from your browser, on US Letter or A4 paper, or choose “Save as PDF” in the print dialog.
Do I need my guests' email addresses?+
No. Only names for place cards, and even those are optional.
Who is the host concierge?+
The optional host concierge is AI-assisted. You tap answers to a few questions, and it suggests a look, invitation wording and a menu for you to review and edit. Your date, address and guest names always come from you. It's entirely optional — the step-by-step form works on its own.
What happens to my guests' names?+
They're used only for place cards and deleted automatically 90 days after your event. Gatherings you don't buy are deleted after 30 days. You can delete any gathering, or your whole account, at any time.
Can I print at a shop?+
Yes. Download a print-ready PDF and take it to Staples, FedEx Office or Walgreens — we include a short guide on which paper and size to ask for.
Does it give allergy or food-safety advice?+
No. You can add dietary notes to your menu, but the app does not provide medical, allergy, or food-safety guidance.
